R4 INTEGRATION, INC.: CAPABILITIES

R4 Integration, Inc. (R4) provides a total system integration solution utilizing a business model previously pioneered and honed by Special Operation organizations for providing Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) solutions. This business model centers its capabilities around rapidly designing, developing, integrating and fielding technology solutions to meet the warfighter's real world needs. Because QRC-designed solutions are developed and fielded quickly, it is conventional wisdom that high quality standards cannot be implemented or meet short delivery schedules; which lead to inconsistent product quality development. R4’s design, development, integration, and QRC processes embeds ISO 9001/AS9100 into all of our processes and controls to ensure that all products and services meet the high quality and safety goals and objectives, while ensuring on time product delivery.

R4 supports a wide range of development and certification programs. Our engineers leverage a comprehensive suite of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) methods, in-house analysis tools and an extensive analytical and experimental background to offer a tailored and cost-effective solution to your problem. Our business areas include:

Testing Services

 Testing Services

  • R4 offers a range of testing services including ground and flight test support. Our analytical expertise is augmented by an extensive experimental background. Likewise, our engineers utilize our computational toolkit to minimize the cost of a test program and can significantly minimize program risk and cost through a hybrid test and analysis program.
  • R4 can provide flight test support including test card development, instrumentation plans and flight test data reduction.

Certification

Certification

  • R4 can support your 8110 requirements using our network of DERs: Control Systems, Avionics, Damage Tolerance and Fatigue, Flight Analyst, Flutter, Icing, Loads, Noise, Powerplant, Stress.
  • R4 has developed FAA accepted methods to assess the potential for impact to baseline aircraft type compliance.
