Technical Manual Development and Sustainment

R4 Integration, Inc. is involved in every facet of Technical Manual Development and Sustainment. We support the military as both a prime and subcontractor to develop, digitize and sustain technical data in various electronic formats, including eXtensible Markup Language (XML), Portable Document Format (PDF), Indexed PDF (IPDF), FrameMaker, Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML), and Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs). Our capabilities include new Technical Orders (TOs), Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), flight manuals, checklists, illustrated parts breakdowns, maintenance manuals, work cards, inspection manuals, job guides, fault isolation, maintenance instructions, and various commercial manuals to name a few.

 Testing Services

• R4 offers a range of testing services including ground and flight test support. Our analytical expertise is augmented by an extensive experimental background. Likewise, our engineers utilize our computational toolkit to minimize the cost of a test program and can significantly minimize program risk and cost through a hybrid test and analysis program.
• R4 can provide flight test support including test card development, instrumentation plans and flight test data reduction.

Certification

• R4 can support your 8110 requirements using our network of DERs: Control Systems, Avionics, Damage Tolerance and Fatigue, Flight Analyst, Flutter, Icing, Loads, Noise, Powerplant, Stress.
• R4 has developed FAA accepted methods to assess the potential for impact to baseline aircraft type compliance.
